Yoga??????

is there any good yoga books that people recomend? that i could use?|||i don%26#039;t have book to recommend but i have a great dvd to - yoga for beginners (hatha yoga). i love it.|||There%26#039;s a book called %26quot;Simply Yoga%26quot; and it comes with a DVD. It%26#039;s really, really basic but is good information.|||go to a book store and look for a yoga book. look for a book that it is like yoga for beginners. start out easy
