How much yoga does it take to be fit and healthy?

For those of you whose regular exercise consists of only yoga, how long do you practice per day to be in good physical condition and to keep fit?|||minimum 25 mins|||hello. I am on a yoga program, our program is divided into one-hour segments of time. (yoga, gym, lunch, cog-stim, etc) What I have noticed the most is the prahna (breathing) exercises. Also some of the inversion poses well, give me a viewpoint I hadn%26#039;t realized or accepted before. Yoga is not a program to bulk yourself %26#039;up%26#039;, but a way to become a more complete person. much luck, da ma tse|||Yoga is meditating, not a work out
