Yoga?????????????????????

Summer is beginning and i usually do yoga during the summer. well i was wondering if there are any books for preteens for yoga..and if you have any ideas of what to do daily for yoga.|||I did an Amazon.com search on yoga for teens, and found a good selection of books. This one got some good reviews:

And here is the list that came up when I searched, take a look and see, there are quite a few books here:

I myself use http://www.yogatoday.com, it%26#039;s a site that offers a choice of 7 classes per week, 1 hr long each, completely free, and covers all styles of yoga, from beginner to advanced. If you decide to try it, don%26#039;t be too discouraged or hard on yourself, these teachers on this site are really good, and if you stick with it and keep trying, you%26#039;ll learn a lot about yoga and your body will feel great.

Another free website with free classes is http://www.yogamazing.com, and he offers shorter classes of about 20 minutes each. His you can download to an ipod if you want to. He is rather chatty, which I found distracting, but you might like him, so give it a shot. :)

Good luck!|||Light on Yoga by B K S Iyengar is considered authentic.
