Yoga ?

I%26#039;m a dancer, so I think it may be easier for me to pick up yoga than others. Is this true? Just because of the strength and flexibility thing?

I would really like to take a class, it seems like something I would like to try!|||Yoga isn%26#039;t really about strength and flexibiltiy. It%26#039;s about like calming down and breathing. It%26#039;s actually really boring.|||Yoga is all about focus calming your body, mind and spirit, yes.

But it is much more than that as well it can be about strenghth and flexibility. As a dancer you would most likely enjoy Yoga Sun Salutation, it can be done slowly and once you have the rhythm of it you can quicken the pace to make it more aerobic. Give it a try.|||For a dancer, yoga might be hard because it involves sitting and doing nothing, just calming your mind and breathing deeply. It teaches you to relax and breath so that when a stressful situation comes you can relax instead of tensing your body unnecessarily. It might seem boring at first, but if you realize the it%26#039;s relaxing affect, you%26#039;ll begin to see it%26#039;s benefits.|||Yep, yoga is very nice especially when it%26#039;s combined with dance and other artistic activities.. It helps you to stay motivated and build your mind/body balance.. It%26#039;s useful for flexibility also.
