How often should you do yoga to get toned muscles?
How many times a week should I do yoga to get toned muscles?|||I do yoga stretches daily. 15 minutes in the morning and 10-15 in the evening. Aside from walking 20 minutes 3 times a week, that%26#039;s all the exercising I do and I eat a lot! (lol) But I%26#039;m toned. I%26#039;m 5%26#039;3 and weigh 118. Hope this helps.|||If u can do it once a day. If u also have any access to some equipment you should also consider light resistance training. The best workout for toning muscles is low weight/high reps.
