what helps when you do yoga?? like i already know that it makes your blood pressure go down, but what else?|||yoga does the following things:


a little bit more flexible, and burns about 2 callories.





if you want results dont do alternative crap





weight loss, run


strength, high weight low rep


endurance, low weight high rep


flexibility, stretching





its much quicker and efficient than spending lots of time doing next to nothing.|||Yoga does just about everything ... strengthens, tones, reduces depression, helps digestion, relieves headaches, improves memory ... the list is endless.
