you can also go to the bookstore (or maybe even your college%26#039;s library) and get a book on yoga. i%26#039;m reading one now by erich schiffmann - yoga, the spirit and practice of moving into stillness. it has a ton of asanas (poses) and how to do them correctly.|||yes! i have 2
