Does anyone know if there is a yoga that combines all of the types of yogas together?

I am interested in starting yoga. I am an 18 year old athletic guy. I only know a little bit about yoga from what I%26#039;ve read online. I am not sure which yoga to do. They all seem to have such great benefits. I don%26#039;t want to miss out on the benefits of any of them. Is there a yoga that incorporates all of the elements(ie, breathing, meditation, flexibility, strength, endurance, spirituality, stress relief, etc)? I want to cover all my bases and take a well rounded approach. Right now, I just do meditation and I jog and do calisthenics. I am really excited to know more about yoga.|||you meditate at 18? WOW. anyway, richard hettleman , i%26#039;m not sure if i%26#039;ve got the first name or spelling right, but you can google it down, has a book which combines all kinds of asanas and teaches you yoga in 28 days. It%26#039;s an extremely old, but popular book.Might be what you%26#039;re looking for.
