I am 23 years old. I have heard a lot about yoga. There are various asana in yoga and some of these are difficult to understand. I just want to know some specific yoga asana which will be beneficial for our organs.|||Yoga is a way of life, an art of righteous living or an integrated system for the benefit of the body, mind and inner spirit.Yoga was originated thousands years back in India and is being practiced till today. The yoga asanas make us more aware about our body, mind, and environment.
