I need more energy. If i start working out or doing yoga will i feel better and more energized?

I%26#039;m only doing school work and homework and it feels like im SOO inactive. I need somthing to do. I already have a gym membership done so if i go to yoga classes and stuff will it help my energy level at all? Can it be an imidiate difference?|||
