What are the best introductions to yoga and/or belly dance?

I am looking for a great video that will give me a starting point on yoga--as well as videos that will be more advanced. I am terribly shy so at the moment yoga classes are out of the question. Also if you have any information on belly dance, I%26#039;d love to hear about it also since I find it very interesting. Thanks! :)|||Rodney Yee I believe is his name for Yoga.....So good.
